While fmb takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and data security, it cannot be held liable for losses arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, device failures, or force majeure events. Players access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring that their device and internet connection are suitable for online gaming.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, fmb's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. fmb shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether fmb has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operations in the Philippines. Any dispute arising from your use of the fmb platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with fmb support will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines. fmb's failure to enforce any provision of these terms at any given time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
